Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategy Consultation

We are working in partnership with residents to develop Building Safety Resident Engagement Strategies for each of our high-rise buildings. Following tragic events such as the 2017 Grenfell Fire and reforms such as the Building Safety Act 2022, it is now a statutory requirement for a tenant and leaseholder engagement strategy to be produced for each of our high rise buildings
Final street racing hearing to be held next month

New funding for Sandwell’s highways
