To enable the HCBL Partnership to move forward with Plan 2, the group developed a role which would benefit the area and the aims of the partnership group. The purpose of the new worker was to bring people, groups and organisations together, supporting and delivering activities of our Big Local Plan, maintaining formal & informal communication including Social Media and the Website
